The Ferrandes Family, of Spanish descent, moved to Pantelleria in the 15th century and has grown “Zibibbo” grapes since then. With passion and determination, the island is extremely windy and vines are grown in holes for protection, Salvatore Ferrandez and his wife Domenica produce a traditional and unique Passito di Pantelleria.
